Share a screen shot of the Full Test, this will show if the problem is external or internal.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test
to include: Latency, Jitter, Packet loss & Upload speed

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry for any lower than expected speeds.
Our automated systems has identified there is an unregistered outage in the area which could cause loss of service / low speeds. The outage has been raised to the relevant engineering team who will investigate and fix the issue as soon as possible.
