Mbps dropped

Monday 18th August work was apparently carried out in L21 area from messages recieved from yourself .. my lounge Mbps has drastically dropped since .. the lounge on 4/7/25 was 438Mbps and now today (24/8/25) it’s 66Mbps - this is in the same room where the internet is installed and I have changed nothing AT ALL

please advise

    This could be a problem either with the VM broadband feed, or the internal WiFi. To find out which, run this test and post the result here.

      A bit late in replying but, that screenshot shows the Hub is getting the full M500 speeds from VM to your property.  So the device you are using is only getting around 50Mb.  I would suspect it's using the 2.4Ghz Wifi band, hence the low speed.  You could see if your device can use the 5Ghz band which should be faster.

      You could also try a 60 second factory pinhole reset as below;
      Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds.  Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards, so make sure they are legible.
