Issues with broadband in early hours of the morning

My wife watches mainly streaming services in the early hours of the morning & for the past few days has had issues with connectivity below on the quality monitor its clear to see maximum latency increases during this time....We are going to be leaving Virgin at the end of our contract but unfortunately that won't be for a few months......

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. I'm sorry to hear of any connection issues. There's no issues showing when I do a system check, though I note the Router has been up online for over 5 months. Please do a reboot when you can for us as this should help :).

    Let us know if you're still experiencing connection issues after the reboot, we may if so need you to pop the Router into Router Mode to do further testing.

  • The BQM looks fine (although the screenshot misses off the top bit which would show any packet loss).

    Appears to be OK, but it would be good to have the whole BQM. To see the scale on the left and check for packet loss.
