Intermittent outages, North London

Over the last few weeks we've been getting short outages around 2-10mins each, which are given as "intermittent signal in your area" when we check them on the app. Random times, just had quite a long one 4:04-4:16pm today. Last one was a series of short ones five days ago (Jan 2nd) between 10:30 and 11:30pm.

Is this some issue with our exchange or something. Virgin has until now been pretty much rock solid for us over the last several years.
