How Do We Log speed issues?

paid for faster broadband and it's just pants. how do we log it every time? do we have to phone up every time for it to be logged? i pay for 500mb and im getting less than 100 on average

Is there a speed hotline?

  • Depends which AV600 you look at.   TP-Link website claims 600Mbps, but definitely has 100Mb ports, so something wrong there.

    There's no way you were getting 150Mbps before !!

      The 600 Mb is transmission speeds over the electric circuit between nodes, with the following caveat   "Listed HomePlug AV2 speed refers to the theoretical maximum physical-layer data transfer rate. Actual data speeds vary and are limited by the product’s Ethernet port and other network conditions such as data traffic, electrical noise, and wiring issues"

      No PLA's I've ever seen go anywhere near the speed of the product name.
