Help with inconsistent upload speeds - Low power levels?
I'm currently on the Gig1 service, which always gives me the full speed of approx 1000-1100Mbps download.
However I'm noticing the upload speed keeps dropping to around 15-20Mbps. I'm able to obtain a 100 upload around 50% of the time. I checked my power levels and logs as per below:

I'm also getting a lot of these warnings in my hub logs.

These happen about every 2-3 hours, and I believe they might be related to the issue. Is the US profile referring to upstream?
Also I'm noticing the power levels for my upstream generally drops by about 1dBmV and goes back up again to the tables above. I'm particularly concerned at the DOCSIS 3.1 Upstream channel power being at 34.5, dropping to 33.5 during the day. Does that sound a bit low?
I did have an engineer to check out the inconstant upload, but it was showing 100Mbps at the time of their arrival. Typical! They checked the connections and while they found some dirt in the outside junction box, everything else was fine. We did a hub factory reset and everything too, but I am not sure if they checked the power levels. I've already booked another visit as the issue is not resolved.
Can someone confirm whether these power levels are ok, and if these logs could be related? I'm certain it's not an internal network issue, as the problem exists on both LAN and WiFi, and since my download is always 1000+, my connections are solid.
