Fault - Croyden

There is a problem in the Croydon area. No landline phone. No TV services. No Internet.

This all went to pot at midnight. Est time to fix these problems is 5pm today.

    I am so sorry that you are effected by an outage and thank you so much for your post. We understand how frustrating outages can be and we appreciate that this can be a huge frustration but we can assure you we are doing all we can to resolve this for you as soon as possible. 

    Please do keep us updated with how this is looking after the estimated fix time.
