Can't upgrade to Gig1?

Hi all

I'm wanting to upgrade to Gig1 from M250 - but I can't find an option to do this...

Grateful for any pointers!

    Call VM on the phone.  They will be happy to upgrade you and start a new 24 month contract.

    Hi Cliff,

    You should also be able to upgrade to Gig1 from within My Virgin Media

      Thanks for your reply - I've tried doing it through My  Virgin Media but no joy. I'll call them tomorrow...
