Brown outside box damaged

Hi

The brown box on the front wall of my property has become damaged due to the weather. Am I able to get it replaced? I've tried using the chat function in the past but nobody came out to it.

    You can fit your own better quality box. I fitted a better box from screwfix. The purpose of the box is to cover that single joint. Seems you also have some other redundant cables that can be removed.

    But the wiring has been done poor here. That cable comming exiting the top should exit the bottom otherwise water will drip down the cable to the joint.
