BQM in hub 5x

Hi does anyone know how to enable ping for ICMP in Fiber hub 5X to set up a BQM working.Where is the setting for it in router admin page. Currently BQM doesnt work as packets drop 100 percent .

    This usually means the BQM is not pointed at the Public IP of your Hub 5x.

      I indeed pointed at the public address the BQM website identified and also verified it from my end. But still not working and graph is red. 

      Anyone made it work on hub 5x with any setting?

    Verified it against the Public IP shown in the admin menu of the Hub 5x ?

      Yes, tried setting up with both IPv4 and IPv6. Not working

        VM UK don’t have IPv6 btw.

    I believe if you have both v4 and v6 then you are on CGNAT.  So that will affect any BQM I think, as you share a v4 IP with many people.  You need to get VM IE to put you onto v4 only.
