As the title suggests, we have a new 500mb fibre package, and the speeds are coming in between 190 and 250 quite consistently.
Is there some small print I missed, or is there a problem with my connection?

Using a direct wired connection, run the FULL tests on this website and post the results please.
VM only guarantee 30Mb over Wifi btw.
