350mb...

I was only getting 4mb speed from ethernet port with my latest Asus PC which I received the PC 3 days ago from AO (i9, 32GB Ram, 1TB SSD, intel UHD Graphics, Windows 11).  Then I changed it to the front USB port of the tower with Ugreen USB C to Anker USB 2.5GB Ethernet Adaptor and now i'm getting 386MB.

So it can be the device problem and not the Broadband itself.

      Hello ukguy183,

Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your connection at the moment. I'm conscious that you posted, quite awhile ago. Has anything changed since you posted on Saturday, have you seen any improvements or are you still having further issues?

      Kind Regards,

On a new PC, I think I would start looking for any pre-installed manufacturer bloatware or other 'helper' programs which may be restricting the operation of the onboard network card.

Do a wired speed test on this site.  Run the FULL tests and post the results. http://www.samknows.com/realspeed

Then re-run the test using "Safe Mode with Networking support" , assuming you are using Windows.

One of the noted software slowdowns on here, is the "Killer" software from Intel btw.
