Yodel lost parcel

Hi , I had to reluctantly cancel VM and returned equipment back 24-3-2025 , I've been tracking items and found they are stuck at national hub, I've contacted Yodel and got a reply back 2 days later saying they cancel give any concrete info where item is. vm are repeatingly sending messages saying going to charge me for that equipement by the end of next week which is completely unacceptable as it's not my fault . Can anybody help me

    Sorry to hear of the courier issues during returning your equipment, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

     

    The emails or notifications in regards to the charges for non return are automated as the account shows it is still awaiting it being received and checked. From what you have advised this is due to circumstances beyond your control.

     

    I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.
