Yodel lost parcel
Hi , I had to reluctantly cancel VM and returned equipment back 24-3-2025 , I've been tracking items and found they are stuck at national hub, I've contacted Yodel and got a reply back 2 days later saying they cancel give any concrete info where item is. vm are repeatingly sending messages saying going to charge me for that equipement by the end of next week which is completely unacceptable as it's not my fault . Can anybody help me
