WiFi pods not working with Hub 5

I just connected my new hub 5 but my white hexagon WiFi pods which are as a must in my house are not working and I cannot connect them to my new hub. Are they working with hub 5 or do I need to change them for WiFi pods (black)? How to request new black WiFi pods?

    You need to phone VM and request the VM Pods are paired with the new Hub 5.

    Hi AgataK,

    Thanks for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your WiFi Pods after getting a new Hub. The issue will either be that your pods are not paired correctly to your new Hub, or we'll need to get the newer Black WiFi Pods sent out to you, however the hexagonal white WiFi Pods will work with the Hub 5 and on a 1Gbps connection.
