Wifi pod doesn’t reconnect after Hub 5 factory reset

Hi there,

Every few weeks I have to do a factory reset my Hub 5 as it loses wi-fi connections. After the latest factory reset, the wi-fi pod wont reconnect.

Rebooting the router doesnt fix it. The light just pulses white.

The Connect app doesn’t help.

Any ideas?

Thanks!! 😃

Look for the cause of the recurrent problem.

The Wi-Fi could be failing due to a signal level or quality issue to the Hub 5.

Make sure the coax connections are secure at the wall and at the back of the Hub 5.

Check the Upstream and Downstream signals and connected channels look OK,
if you need a hand with that...

Share the stats from the Upstream and Downstream Hub 5 status tabs.

stop factory reset the Hub 5 with pods!

or send the pods back and get your own better wifi router with 1Gb ports or better and use hub in modem mode
