WiFi Password

I have just had Virgin Broadband installed (Hub 5x) and I had planned to set my Virgin WiFi SSID and password to match my existing router, to avoid me having to go around MANY devices and entering new credentials.

However, the password I had planned to set on the Hub 5x is being rejected as it does not contain any lowercase letters.

Is there any way to over-ride this?

    I have same problem it is so stupid 8 characters is enough 

    did you ever get a fix to this?
