Why can't I just have I tv and broadband, I don't use a landline but Virgin insist I have it
I don't need or even use landline but Virgin insist I have it.I just want tv and broadband
The domestic landline is of decreasing usefulness to many people but VM is still locked into providing it as part of VM's services.
If you are 'compelled' to have a landline as part of your bundle by VM, you will be making some small financial contribution to keeping VM's landlines running.
If you fail to renew your package after 18 months, your package will jump up to a much higher standard monthly price with the landline included (which is to VM's advantage).
As time moves on, I think the idea of buying a bundle of services will decline as younger customers will have little/no interest in services such as landlines and linear TV.
If VM won't give you the package of services you want, at a price that is acceptable to you, start looking around for your alternatives to create your own bundle from alternative suppliers.
