When will VM go live in my area

VM laid the canes on hour road about 4 months ago. Our neighbour can get it and we share the same infrastructure. I have repeatedly tried to get an update but all I ever get is we don’t know anything other than it’s not available.

last week I was put through to the installation team and they advised that there will be some some work happening and following that we should be good to go. 

sure enough VM turned up on the road and they told me that they were joining and activating the infrastructure. The work that they did was to test the line and connections and all was good.

The inslfrastructure being used is a combination of opener each ducting . VM underground cables and telegraph poles. 

really could do with getting an update from the network installation team as to the status 

anyone here able to get me a sensible update?
