Mine was due to be delivered yesterday. Called and they said there’s. Problem at the warehouse and nothing to do with them. I got the tracking number and it still says with VM.
on the phone they said “it will be delivered by 28/12/24 latest”
thats 3 weeks late! I work from home, the area i have just moved too doesn’t get phone signal, our tv is amazon firestick.
we’re completely cut off and they just say it’s not their fault it’s the warehouse. it’s shocking - Matthew_MLForum Team

Due to an incident at a warehouse operated by one of our third-party suppliers, some customers are experiencing delays receiving their orders. We are working with our partner to expedite deliveries as soon as possible, have directly contacted those customers affected to apologise and will keep them updated

i will also look forward to the updates from Virgin, placed an order on the 30th and still waiting with no contact from yourselves.
