Wall socket power supply

I had vm a year ago but when switched I think I sent the power adaptor that goes into the wall socket, back with the hub and they don't send one in the start up kit for some reason. It powers the wall socket box to enable conversion from fiber back to coax so the hub won't connect without it.

    I think you need a VM tech visit to get one of these.

    IIRC from a past topic, VM does not send out this kind of power adapter.

    A previous topic went around and around in circles on here before eventually confirming they could not send one out.
