VM connect something went wrong on our side
Need some help please. Ever since joining virgin over 6 months ago I have never been able to connect via the app. I keep getting oops something went wrong or something went wrong on our side. I am trying to order another wifi pod due to shocking signal upstairs but this is the only way I can see to do it other than spending ages on the phone. Can somebody from virgin dm me please 🙏
