Virgin Wall Socket Not Installed in our Flat

We were sent a self-instillation kit by UniHolmes .But our flat doesn’t have a virgin walk socket and only has an open reach. So we can’t use the WiFi, so could we get a technician sent out to fit one please. Cheers
