There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help. @VM-jon..... I have the same issue - are you able to help me......
The story is..... virgin have run fibre down my road (the road was dug over a year ago (past my house)), houses 5 doors down can order fibre, yet my address says I can not. I called virgin, but they just did a system check and said no. Any other avenues I can try?
