Virgin Hub 5x

I had the 1 gig servie installed on the 8th Jan 2023 and no issues until today. I was up at 5.30am and switched my mobile on and no connection. White solid light on the hub. So i restarted my phone, still no connection. Tried all the computers in the home. No connecction.

So, I tried a reboot via the http://192.168.0.1/ and since then the white solid light is now a blue flashing light for the last 3 hours. I unplugged the ethernets and did the 60s pinhole reset, factory reset and still a flashing light.

I just keep getting the above. I have an engineer coming out tomorrow. Is there something i'm missing?
