Hi all,
I have a virgin Cabinet directly outside my house yet I'm not able to get any virgin services according to the availability checker.
Is there a way to arrange for an engineer to attend to a site visit as the system isn't always right, right?
Do we have virgin employes / representatives on these thread that can help?

Does the Availability Checker show VM services are available for properties
either side of you ( i.e. on the same side of the road ) ?
Is there a VM service hatch in the pavement at the boundary of your property ?
If YES : share a photo of that, VM can send a spotter to see what is possible.
Was the property built after the VM cables were laid ?
