Hello, I am also in the same boat. Using the online postcode checker, Virgin broadband is available for all the other houses on my lane (there are only 8 of us), except mine. I’m desperate to join as I think Virgin offer the best service and package in the area. Are you able to help at all please? Thanks 🙏🏻
I'm in the same situation - postcode says we can get broadband and all other houses on our street have broadband options except ours. Did you get this resolved?
