Upgraded to hub 5, flashing green for hours, no internet?

Hi, I have upgraded to a hub 5, plugged it all in this afternoon as per the instructions, nothing no internet, just a flashing green light for hours

  • Also do I need a splitter cable which is shows in the setup? This was not provided, and I didn’t have one with the hub 3
