Unserviceable property
Two salespeople attended and confirmed that we can get Virgin full fibre broadband. The contract and direct debit were set up. An engineer appointment was also set up. We waited at home this afternoon and nobody turned up. On calling Virgin media I was told that they have left a note on the system that the property is not serviceable. I had not received any communication regarding this. Very disappointing overall. Is there any way to get this reviewed? Thank you.
