The new Hub 3 lacks port forwarding and modem mode functionality, seeking help!
Hello everyone,
I recently installed Virgin Media's 500M broadband and am using the new Hub 3 device (Hardware version: 5.01). However, I found that my Hub 3 does not have modem mode or port forwarding functionality.
I have tried logging into the management interface but couldn't find settings for either of these features. I'm wondering if the new Hub 3 has removed these functions, or if there’s a specific step I need to take to enable at least one of them?
If anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows how to resolve this, please share your experience. Thank you!
