Terrible service
Due to have the internet delivered yesterday. Have had no communication from yodel whatsoever. Spoke to virgin twice yesterday to it was definitely coming and to just wait in all day which I did and it didn’t come. I was told by virgin it was probably delayed because of a storm when there is no storm! Called today was told to just wait for 24 hours but I can’t just stay at the house waiting for a parcel that I don’t believe will arrive. No help at all from virgin or yodel not even an apology email from virgin about the delay. The online chat is useless just says they will contact me via WhatsApp but that doesn’t work and then kicks you out the chat.
