I'm using VM almost 4 years. I'm decide to upgrade the speed from 350M to Gig1 as the kids doing streaming, gaming and video call. Is it possible to waive the One-off costs (Set-up fee £35) for Hub5? Thank you.
Let us know how you get on. It will likely be a new 24 month contract. Also if you have an O2 sim amongst any of the household you can use it to boost your speed to Volt M500 if interested.
Save yourself money and do nothing as upgrading will do nothing to improve streaming, gaming performance or video calling. It's only in a few cases such as downloading huge AAA games would warrant Gig1.
