Stuck between VM & Openreach - D Pole

Hi, 

I am slowly losing my mind. I live on a street, VM provides high speed internet access to the street via Openreach's telegraph poles. 

The telegraph pole that supplies my property is marked with a D, so both VM & Openreach are refusing to fit the equipment to my house to supply high speed internet.

VM are dependent on OR to resolve the issue with the D-pole.

I have spoken to many people at both VM & OR - cue a lot of not our responsibility type comments. Can anyone help or having any experience in getting something resolved?

    Not your lucky day. A "D" marking enclosed in a red square on a pole basically means "Do Not Climb". This means the pole has been declared unsafe & will have to be replaced. The pole itself is Openreach property, so it is their problem.
