Still not connected. Total lack of communication.

My installation was due on the 13th Jan. The external work was carried out by a third party contractor a few days before. When the Virgin installer came on the 13th he did some checks outside and then told me he couldn't continue with the install because there was little to no signal coming to my property. I have been waiting ever since for communication on when my install will happen. I have tried calling the helpline for help , but nothing they say ever happens. I was told I would receive a call regarding the issue , but no call. I was told an engineer would visit the next day but nothing. They seemed to be under the impression that my install is completed , but that isn't the case. I haven't had any internal installation work done. I have now been disconnected from my previous supplier and so have no internet connection at home. VM are the absolute worst company to deal with. I'm almost ready to cancel my order. They've now given me a install date of 4th Feb , 3 weeks after my initial appointment. I protested because I would be at work at the time slot given, but the response was that I'm on the priority list and it could be sooner (that's not going to happen).Dreadful customer service!!
