Solid red light on hub 3

Hi. I have a solid red light on my hub 3. Have found it appears to be a fairly common problem due to over heating, or thinks it's over heating.  I've checked all connections and resets but still the same. Just posting for someone from virgin to contact me as their automated phone service keeps hanging up on me!

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you were having with your connection and hub. I can see that you've had an engineer visit since you last posted. Have all of your issues now been resolved?
