Router

I am having trouble accessing 1 specific website www.northlincs.gov.uk using our home network, but can access using data on my iPhone.

    Can you please confirm what happens when you try to access this website?

    Are you using a VPN or does any feature of our web safe perhaps block this website from being accessed on our connection?

      David_Bn, thank you for your reply, the connection has just in the last few minutes started working again.

      Just to confirm the connection would not work from our IP Address it was saying their website was not responding, however if I used the data on my iPhone with WiFi switched off at home it would connect and also if my son used a VPN instead that would work also. Hope this helps. Thanks.
