Return packaging

My contract ended 11th Feb. Since then I've requested packaging using the online form 6 times, called twice, and made 1 complaint.

I still don't have any packaging. And have received threats of charging me for the kit next week.

What is going on?

(Also, an aside, reading the T&C's it appears my obligation is merely to make the equipment "available for collection", not to package it up and attend a Yodel store, but I'm under no illusions that Virgin Media will ignore this and charge me £40 anyway)

    It is an option to use your own packaging and send with a label generated here www.yodel.co.uk/returns/virgin

      Thank you, would be helpful if they had that on their website eh!

      I phoned up, apparently it will be collected on Tuesday, if it isn't, will post it as suggested.
