Return packaging
My contract ended 11th Feb. Since then I've requested packaging using the online form 6 times, called twice, and made 1 complaint.
I still don't have any packaging. And have received threats of charging me for the kit next week.
What is going on?
(Also, an aside, reading the T&C's it appears my obligation is merely to make the equipment "available for collection", not to package it up and attend a Yodel store, but I'm under no illusions that Virgin Media will ignore this and charge me £40 anyway)
