Requesting cm IP address
Please can anyone help me before I lose will to live!!
upgraded from hub 3 to hub 5 - had flashing blue light phoned to activate after 45 mins of repeated saying needs activating she finally said oh it needs activating š¤¦š»āāļø had the text to say activated and I still have flashing blue light and when I go into box it says requesting cm IP address - tried all Google suggestions of resetting etc and still same (missed important postie delivery as they canāt seem to read a note to knock and not use ring (note was covering doorbell so not a happy bunny) anyway so fed up with moaning kids who canāt cope without wifi put old box back in and still works!! From what I read it shouldnāt after upgrading so is line at fault or box and have I really got to endure another useless phone call again and pull hair out?
