The existing cable length cannot reach the hub where we are planning to put close to the TV set, which is approx 6-8m away from the wall outlet.
As well as the signal through out the house is weak which the hub placed at the corner of the house.
Are we possible to request a longer cable for the broadband hub.

Best to get an Technician to do this work, as they will balance the power levels etc after doing the cable work. Standard charge of £25 for a non fault call out fee. Just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss with you directly.
