REPLACEMENT HUB3

Hi, all,

Have received a new Hub 3 as a replacement for my old Hub 3. Is it possible to use a backup of the old router on the new one? I don't fancy having to input all the settings manually.

Regards,

From the Hub 3 menu take a look at Admin >>> Reload and Reboot

You will see the options to export & import the Hub's config.

    I've not tried it ...

... so do let us know if you are super successful / totally brick the new Hub 3 !!!

Wouldn't put it past the one that added this option to only work on the same hub

  • According to VM Customer Services, because its a new Hub 3, everything has to be entered manually. The backup is only recognized by the Hub it was made on, so decided  not to risk trying it.
