Relocate wall socket
Hi VM,
We need to move the Virgin Media wall socket, probably only needs to move a few inches. Could a VM engineer be booked in please to re-locate the wall socket?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
Standard £25 non fault call out fee. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss with you.
