Refit/replace multi room external cable protector

We have multi room and the external cable protector has been blown off the wall in last nights storm (Darragh) - can I arrange a refit/replacement here or do I have to call, albeit there are no options on the phone service for this type of thing?

    Just report it as a fault.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
