QuickStart kit with no router
My QuickStart self-installation kit didn’t come with a router, is that normal? I got a large envelope with the cable and spanner but no router and now the internet isn’t working.

that makes no sense unless you have moved and taken your router with you - if thats it then that would have to have been agreed in advance - you would then connect your old router and ring the activation line
