Quick start kit

Hi all ive had my quick start kit delivered yesterday. I've plugged the hub 3 in and left it for 2 hours .

I come home with a white light on check wifi with my phone say no Internet. 

I used the on chat yesterday and got a message on sms this morning saying my account is active. 

Went back on my phone still saying no Internet. 

Rang virgin media help line thay saying my account is active and try resetting the hub3 .

I did still no Internet going to reset again and give it a hour if not im going to cancel it .

I had virgin a year ago for more then 5 year .

But this is stupid im going round in circles and getting mad .

Plus try to login is stupid I press the sign in button then it refresh then gos back to sign in page its mad.

Any help please.

    Hi Nick,

    Which white light? The power light?  Is it flashing or solid? Are any other lights visible and if so wwwwwwwhich ones and what are they doing?

    It's possible that the hub needs activating so try calling 0800 953 9500 which is the activation line and have the hub serial number (should be on a sticker on the base) along with your account number and area number which can be found on your bills and contract
