Quick install question

When doing the quick install, I’ve connected all the wires to the router (Hub3) to get the internet started. However it’s been over 24hrs it’s still not working, as I have all services do I need to connect the tv box as well to get the broadband working or does it matter?

    You only need the Hub connected to get broadband. The Hub might not have been activated, call 0800 953 9500 to check.
