Postcode search Failed

I am about to move address and would like to sign up with Virgin. The new address does not exist on Virgin Medias check my availability function. I have checked other fibre band providers and my new address appears and is in line with Google postcode number range which are from number 35 to 39 within the same street and postcode but the Virgin checker only shows those flats at number 35 as an option. Normally even if you can't get Virgin media your address still appears on the system which is where I think the issue lies, specially considering that my address appears in at least the other two broadband providers I am considering Sky and Broadband although if possible I would like to onboard with Virgin Media.

    If the address doesn't appear on Virginmedia, it's usually because Virginmedia can't connect to that address so they've left it out. You won't get VM at that address just by persuading them to add the address. 

    VM use their own cables from the street to the user, different from all the other suppliers that use the Openreach cables. There are various reasons why VM can't run their own cables, particularly to flats.
