Pole network

My neighbour recently had VM full fibre installed. He wanted to make a friend referral but we realised my property is not included in the supply area. The engineer who was installing the new line from the nearest telegraph pole said he could easily reach my property also. When I call the sales team at VM all they say my property is not in their supply area and they are not interested in hearing about what the engineer said. Anyone know who to contact in VM to sort this?

    Way to expand and want new customers VM...but then without modem mode on full fibre might be for the best.
