Path dug and not fixed

Hello. 
virgin media recently dug up the path in front of my house and threw tarmac down as a “short term” filler. This was nearly 2 months ago. Tarmac is sinking and it looks awful. When will you come back and fill it properly. 
next time you won’t be given access at this rate.
