Outside cable box cover needs replacing

Hi there,

The cover for my broadband cable unit where it enters the house needs replacing.

We previously had an older one that had been hanging on by a thread from the previous owners of the house. If someone could point me in the right direction in order to get it replaced that would be great.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
