Outside brown virgin media cable box cover completely broken

The outside brown virgin media cable box / cover is completely broken and come off. I am concerned about the cabling integrity to the natural elements as well as unscrupulous people who can easily cut the wires (It has been done before I'm sure) .  I couldn't find anywhere on the Virgin Media help site and app to request a replacement box - how do we go about arranging this please?

  • Post up a photo an a VM person will respond on here and arrange a fix - when they get here in a day or two

    Our omnibox is also missing and the cables are exposed - could you please help and organise a replacement?

    I also have this issue. A splitter was recently replaced, but the cover is broken and the wiring exposed. Please can this be sorted.

    You kindly and very promptly repaired the outside brown virgin media cable box / cover  as it was  completely broken and  had come off.

    Unfortunately it has happened again. Would you be able to help me? I'm worried that it will get vandalised and the cables damaged.

If you have any issues with accessing your online account or unable to see your visit, please do let us know and we’ll pop you a message to confirm.

         

        There will be no charge for this visit unless:
        • The technician diagnoses the faults as not being caused by our network/equipment 
        • The technician discovers that the fault or problem relates to your equipment
        • The technician discovers that the fault or problem relates to any system that we are not responsible for
         

        The technician will confirm during their visit if any of these instances apply, and if so, a £25 charge will be applied to your account. 
         

        Please ensure there is someone over the age of 18 present at the time of the visit. If you need to change or cancel your appointment you can do this online or via the My VM app by 4pm the day before the appointment.
         

        If you do miss an agreed appointment for any reason, a £25 missed appointment charge will be applied to your account on the day of the appointment.
