Is it virgin media policy to do very untidy repair jobs.
My cover was damaged and the repair was no better.
Somehow they found a secondhand cover that is badly scratched. They could not attach it correctly,so it is now held on with a black tie wrap.
It does not look good at all.
Need a new box and it needs to be fitted to the wall correctly
Mine also has this cable tie setup following recent work on it by VM. I don't really care TBH but it would be interesting to hear some views on it.
At least it is a matching colour of cover !
